David Ehrhardt

Mr. Ehrhardt has been involved in ownership and operations of manufacturing companies since 1987.

His educational background includes an undergraduate and graduate degree in accounting from the University of Illinois. 

Mr. Ehrhardt started his career with Grant Thornton, LLP in Dallas, Texas, where he was a tax manager and a certified public accountant in the state of Texas.

Mr. McMahon has been involved in ownership and operations of manufacturing companies since 1991.

Mr. McMahon's educational background includes an undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College.

He is the Chairman of Jorden Industries and Ligon Industries, LLC. 

John Ehrhardt

President

Mr. Ehrhardt has been involved in ownership and operations of manufacturing companies since 2016.

His educational background includes an undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University and a graduate degree in accounting from the University of Virginia. 

Mr. Ehrhardt began his career in the transactions group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in New York, New York and was also a certified public accountant.
